Our QTR Reactor can handle large volumes of material when compared to a Single Frequency or Dual-Frequency devices. Our magnetostrictive transducers provide intense ultrasonic processing performance without degradation in acoustic performance. The plumbing connections allow for easy installation into a open or closed loop process stream. The design of the QTR allows the unit to be scaled-up (or down) to meet your processing demands without compromising performance.

is built with 6" ANSI Flange Inlet & Outlet Ports.

 

 

 

QTR-5204This QTR-5204 is a 8,000 Watt Ultrasonic Reactor, effective in processing large volumes of material with high acoustic intensities at a 100% duty cycle. The
Quad-Frequency Tubular Reactor surpasses our
Dual-Frequency Reactor in processing high-solids slurries with powerful ultrasonic treatment without clogging due to particle settling.

We prefer mounting the Quad-Frequency Tubular Reactor vertically, when possible. If necessary, horizontal mounting with the outlet located above the inlet flange is also highly effective. Multiple QTR's can be bolted end-to-end to increase throughput as your production requirements increase. Additional Reactors can be added for reactions which require additional ultrasonic dwell time.
